Recognizing World Cancer Day Right Here in Our Community

For the past 27 years, CancerLINC has been the go-to LINC connecting local cancer patients and their families to legal, financial, and community resources to solve the non-medical obstacles that arise with a cancer diagnosis.

With the help of over 200 volunteer professionals, we address issues often experienced by patients such as: medical debt, life planning legal documents, employment issues, insurance denials, housing insecurity, community resource support and more.

CancerLINC services are always free and the professional services provided by our volunteers are free of charge to patients who live below the Federally-defined poverty level.

No One Should Have to Face Cancer Alone

"World Cancer Day has become the most amplified and impactful global platform for all cancer patients and advocates - a platform where we can all make noise, lots of noise, reminding all that we can win the war on cancer." --HRH Princess Dina Mired of Jordan

Help us continue to provide support and peace of mind to cancer patients and their families so they can focus on healing and spending time together. Honor World Cancer Day and consider providing a gift that impacts your local community.

Impacting our Community for Over 27 Years

Fiscal Year 2022-2023 that ended June 30, 2023 was a very successful time of growth in our services for patients.

Most significant was the incredible increase in the number of local cancer patients and families served. 693 patients requested our help, representing an increase of over 26% compared to the previous year.

Our group of 200 professionals assisted patients with 313 legal and financial matters requiring an estimated 3,717 pro bono service hours valued at approximately $942,245.

Our impact in helping cancer patients and their families is growing thanks to your involvement and support.
